Proposed Projects

These are just a few of the projects we will be concentrating on over the next few years:

• Street Paving
• Maintenance of other streets until they can be paved.  The goal is to eventually have all the streets in town paved but this will take several years!
• Upgrade to ADA Compliant Sidewalks
• Install and upgrade sidewalks for kids walking to and from school
• Install new sidewalks on the West side of town so children can safely walk to/from the bus stop
• Downtown Beautification Project: new sidewalks, antique street lights, new storm drains for more effective drainage, etc. 
• Possible New Community Building

                       We look forward to continuing to improve our little Town of Chalmers.
